I can see that. It's usually companies with 5 MM or more of

Tangible Net Worth and companies of those size typically aren't Ma and Pa small type shops. Most Ma and Pa shops don't have audited financials and I can understand why. In those cases we execute an NDA because they're paranoid a financial institution is getting a look at their financials.
