How is Utah pulling these recruits without a DC and an OC? What type of

snake oil is Whittingham selling to these kids and their parents that they are overlooking the fact that they dont have either coordinator in place?

If they were getting the non rated kids, i'd understand, but they have gotten a 4 star and 18 3 star kids. All with NO COORDINATORS in place.
