Meyer said that when he is hiring a coordinator he is not looking for someone that will revolutionize the program.
He looks for someone that will adapt to the existing program and get along with the other coaches.
Whitt is selling the program. The program finished in the AP top 25, was ranked in every CFP poll, played five ranked teams and beat two of them.
He tells them they play the likes of USC every year and not just occasionally,once or twice a lifetime. He reminds them that membership in the Club has its advantages.
