You're wrong because Bronco bombed through the exact years that were

probably the most important in the history of BYU football.

I don't think that's being overly dramatic, either.

BYU has been an absolute dud product since becoming an independent, all the while the power conferences are attempting to clearly draw the lines between those in the club, and those outside looking in.

BYU has desperately needed to make a statement, and the only statement they have made is "we're mediocre."
