I havent thought that getting rid of Bronco would be the right thing but Jason made a point that I agree with. The program is such that you'll continue to get 7-8 wins as long as you've got a competent coach. But the alienation of the past players, and the favoritism of 4-5 players each year is preventing the more frequent special seasons.
