This is a customer service issue!
You/BYU can either listen to your loyal customers (fans, legacy players, etc) complaints and needs and make changes.

or

Or you can disregard your customers complaints and ignore and even bash what you're hearing from your customers and just lose them to a competitor. It's that simple!

What's BYU choosing to do ?
