Employment does not change the merit of the arguments though.
Many former players have said that the program Whit runs at Utah has the BYU feel LaVell had, and Bronco's program does not have it presently. That is something that gets get fostered internally and intentionally over time. It is how you run things.
Not saying one is right or wrong, but it is obvious that one style is resonating better with certain types better for some reason than the other.
