I lived in the white brick Monticello ward in 2011-12 after my mission. It was the strangest collection of people and the whole ward was so weird.

Spent the next two years in the white house on the corner of Monticello at 800 N 300 E. Now, that ward was completely different and did tons of activities and had an overall much friendlier group of people. That house is ancient (member from my mission lived there ~30 years ago), but it's definitely the best apartment in Provo when you take cost, location, size, and ward into effect.
