The oil companies are finding ways to increase their margins because oil is cheaper now... This means that with an increase in margins, oil will be cheaper to extract and refine. Oil prices won't go back up as fast. I'm all for streamlining, and I only wish that perhaps oil companies had been doing this from the start.
