We are under contract to purchase a house. A couple issues came up...
First, termites. The termite inspector said he didn't see any indication that they had caused structural damage. He just said that he had found termite tubes on the foundation wall. We had a structural inspection done last week and that didn't indicate any structural damage either. Obviously you can't know more without tearing down dry wall. Anyone ever had this come up on inspection? Suggestions?

Second issue, the neighbor's driveway is built WAY over the property line. It cuts off a corner of the property that is over 18' on one side and over 35' on the other. The entire driveway crosses the sellers property. There is no easement in place. I don't see a great way to handle this. It sucks that our first introduction to this neighbor would be, "Hey, we've gotta take out your driveway." Suggestions?
