I hate Title IX, but P5 conferences seem convinced that the new 4year scholarships, increased insurance, cash, etc must be provided to all scholarship athletes and especially women. I assume the WCC members will not agree to allow member schools to pay these benefits, so.... BYU won't be able to give them to football players either. I think this would be a HUGE long term blow to BYU football. Am I missing something? I haven't seen a thread discussing this issue.
