My FIL has been a police officer at BYU for 25 years. In the early 90's they asked him to be involved in a "sting" in the library at BYU. Apparently there was a lot of male solicitation being "transacted" in the 2nd floor of the HBLL. They asked him to enter a stall, wait for the other stall to be occupied...and tap his foot on the ground. His stall "neighbor" acknowledged the signal and solicited himself. He arrested the guy and vowed to never be a part of a prostitution sting ever again.
As a background, my FIL is a body builder, ex-military (purple heart), and a veteran sex-crimes detective. He had a tough time playing a man "interested" in male prostitution.
My point is, there are creeps everywhere. Even BYU.
