don't go off on me being oversensitive and that it's all in my imagination. If you are following this general saga like you say, you're well aware that the insinuation that "He clearly did nothing that is not forgivable even by BYU's strict standards or otherwise would have been dealt with legally. " follows in line with the argument that BYU is clearly in the wrong for not offering him.
If you really think that he hasn't done anything too serious, then just leave BYU not offering out of your argument.
