First off he was born in Canada so he won't be considered an import WR. CFL teams covet that fact more than skill and ability. He won't take up a roster spot that they can use on a US born player. If you can run great routes in the CFL you will play as long as you want. Cahoon was a great example of this. Size and speed don't necessarily matter as much as route-running.
BC has a new coach in Jeff Tedford who has a great coaching history in College, NFL and CFL. If BC can get healthy at QB they could be very fun to watch this year (especially with Collie)!
