I probably had to call in every other month for a billing issue. Part of that was caused by my direct tv billing going through them as well. The communication between the two companies for bundling was ridiculous. When there was an error nobody knew what had caused it or how to fix it. I wasted so much time on the phone with them. I would never recommend bundling direct tv and centurylink together it was a huge mess.
