It's just a little marketing ammo to try and get the kids to ask themselves, "am I a chosen one? I want to be a chosen one! I'm going to BYU!" Kind of Like the army was the "army of one" or like BYU Idaho's action a few years ago with "do you want to be a spud cougar? Yes! I want to be a spud cougar!"
