That is what I have heard as well. The biggest problem with tech is that kids
and adults are more likely to play video games and seek out entertainment than they are to study and read. People that clamor for increased tech are more likely to find that they are creating a stupid subservient class that has no knowledge other than to push buttons. The class will limit itself.
