As for me...I think if Taysom doesn't get hurt we probably don't lose any game but BSU. For better or worse, the team looked too much to him for leadership and inspiration. I've never seen a team deflate so significantly as they did when he got hurt. The entire offense was huddled around the medical table and you could just see the wind go out of their sails.
For whatever reason, football and basketball have been pretty snakebit this year on the injury front. 25 ankle injuries? That's just obscene...Austin tears his hamstring in warm ups? Seriously?
