It's ALL about the diet. Eat well and you'll stay in shape.
Easier said than done though.

And power 90 (not P90x) and insanity are both good "road" workouts. No weights.

And most hotels have some sort of gym with treadmills and some free weights. So there's that too.

Hardest part is just making yourself do it all. Travel can be exhausting.
