I don't let my twin four year olds eat for an entire day in preparation. I then put a t-shirt of each team on the hungry little ones and place a candy bar on the other side of a field. I then have them race on my go, the winner gets the candy bar and their representative team earns my fandom for the day. I find that this is a fun family tradition that involves everyone young and old.
