The reason why is, doesn't byu desperately need help in the safety department? Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see them out aggressively recruiting some other higher rated JC safety's to be insurance in case Vanderbilt doesn't commit.

I don't count the kid from snow without any other offers as someone they would consider to be enough to fill in as safety next year.
