Halford is playing much smarter D than at the beginning of the season, too.
He was always pesky, but was crowding & pressing too much earlier--& was getting beat too much as a consequence. Halford is quick enough to stay in front of just about anyone--so long as he gives a reasonable space. In his first matchup against Wintering, for instance, he got abused--but the other night he did a great job keeping Wintering in front of him. Between he, Anson, & KC Wintering had a tough night. He was still effective at times, but faded for large stretches of the game as well.
