My point was more to highlight that we are downplaying what beating the Zags does to our resume. I think we can lose first or second round and still get in (as long as Zags win the tournament).

WCC isn't a 3 bid conference this year. It can be in the near future. SMC will re-tool even with losing a lot of guys (international connections). Portland is trending up. And Pepperdine is looking great. Those three teams need to play some better nonconference schedules to prop up the conference (even though the conf RPI this year isn't horrible).
