Sent Rafa and Plaisted. If he can continue to improve, polish up his offensive game and develop some low post moves, he'll be a lottery pick. Of course that's A LOT of development that would need to take place, but he works hard, is really long and is extremely athletic. I think he has a great chance to reach his potential.
