I have had good experiences with Verizon. As soon as my contract was up, I bought a used phone off of craigslist and then called Verizon to have them lower my monthly payment. They dropped it $50 a month just because I am not on a contract. Buying used phones and going on a monthly plan have been really good.

What are your reasons for wanting to leave. I'm assuming it's not coverage.
