I have no idea why, he's a nice enough guy. But all year long all Luke has to do is touch an opponent and the whistle is blown. It's become ridiculous.

When Worthington came in, right off he got his first foul and they just kept coming. All Luke did was hold his ground, with both arms straight up in the air, never touched the guy who backed into him and immediately Worthington got called with the phantom foul. I couldn't believe it. I watched it several times and could not see anything that could even have remotely been a foul on Luke, or the other guy for that matter. It was nothing but a phantom foul.

Sure, Luke hacks guys and battles for position. He's undersized (shorter) against most guys he is trying to keep from scoring in the paint so he's at a disadvantage. But the refs won't let him play any D at all. He can't make any contact or they blow the whistle. But on the other end, the opponents big guys get away with all sorts of the same types of contact. Don't know what the explanation is but Worthington is getting jammed up by the WCC refs practically every game.
