So I've been on an outage call for work for that started 38 hours ago. I've had two 4-hour breaks to eat and take a quick nap.
I'm still wearing what I wore to bed on Friday night.

to maximize time in bed, I skipped spending time taking a shower.

needless to say, I'm feeling quite gross. I like feeling clean.

Anyway, I finally got a 30 minute opening to go take a shower and I found an electrician in my bathroom doing electrical work. Apparently the power in that area of the house went out yesterday and my wife found someone who could look at it today. my wife told me that he arrived about 15 minutes before I had my break.

I really wanted that shower.
I've got two other showers in the house, but I'm too good for those. I want MY shower and I'm not desperate enough to use a different one yet.
