Of course we aren't sure, it is a prediction
But they came in as a 10 last year and have a better resume this year. Additionally, Tom is on the committee. I know he can't be involved in any discussion related to BYU but let's not kid ourselves, he has made friends on the committee and those friendships don't hurt.
