Actually I didn't. What I did was suggest that it appears problematic that they sat on this for 9 months and then kicked the guy off the team a few days after a student employee called them out on it.

Maybe he had other marks against him. Maybe he was otherwise a saint. Maybe they found "unrelated" justification a few days after the student expressed his concerns. I don't know and I don't claim to know. But I do know that the timing raises some flags.
