People get mad when BYU appears to not take it serious enough. Now they get mad when they do.

I say err on the side of letting players focus on the game pregame. So unless he was invited to speak, he's a distraction. And I say the same thing about Young, Detmer, etc.

Difference is, those guys are smart enough to stay away pregame and let the coaches coach and players do their thing.

You can hang on the sidelines all you want though. If someone wants to chat, they'll find you.
