It's not whether or not he CAN, it's whether or not he WILL. He has to make
this choice. Christian Stewart spoke directly to that point on BYUSN saying that Hill can make all the throws, but when he gets out there, he turns to his legs instead. He has to CHOOSE to trust his arm first and foremost, not his legs.
