Sure, Mangum won't have much time to get his body ready, and Hoge will be a true freshman, but both of these guys appear to be legit D1 QBs. If we can keep Taysom healthy for at least a few weeks, either Mangum or Hoge ought to be ready to jump in. The only question with Mangum is how quickly he can get his body ready to do D1 battle. Hoge should be ready physically, but will only have fall camp to learn the offense.
