I've wanted to buy one for a while, but two things have held me back: 1) I've heard that wrist units are wildly inaccurate, and 2) I've been afraid to break something during weightlifting/kettlebell movements.
However, I talked to someone today who has a Mio FUSE monitor, and she said that it is both durable and accurate (had worn that unit and a Garmin chest strap for several days and the BPMs were nearly identical).
Just wondering if anyone has experience or advice in this area. TIA.
