There's multiple universities even within San Diego that would be a great starting point. I know that the church really isn't growing in S. California like it was previously but this would be a great idea to potentially use some of the under utilized real estate the church owns (church buildings) out here for singles wards, etc...

By "Church" I mean the BYU campuses.
