Hypothetically, let's say you had $100k to invest
but you already have Roth IRA maxed out, some money in mutual funds, and a retirement account with your employer.
Where do you invest?
Land? High interest CD?
You also want to keep 1/3 of the money fairly liquid...what then?

highest yield CD's I can find right now are 1%. That doesn't seem high enough.
