I agree generally, with one contention:
Oregon is not a "bigger" program. They have certainly been better lately than they usually are, but 12 all-time NCAA appearances speaks for itself.
Their best stretch is in the 2000's-present, but even at that, they've missed the NCAA Tournament 7 times since 2004.
