We had multiple phone calls, voicemails, texts, emails in the middle of the dang night (well 4:30 AM seems like the middle of the dang night) letting us know that the NEISD has been monitoring the weather and has deemed that the schools will remain open today.

I didn't even think twice about it when I looked at the weather forecast. I mean, it's 33 degrees outside, yeah, my windshield had a bit of ice and frost. Big whoop. This would be an above average temperature morning in Utah (or other cold places). Cracks me up.
