For those of you who have never lived outside of UT,
a tiny layer of freezing rain can be just as dangerous as (or more dangerous than) 12" of snow. It's not about being a baby. It's about public safety.
(Not sure if there is freezing rain in TX this morning, just providing a brief public service announcement ... and, yes, Texans are babies regardless of how they respond to weather conditions)
