not a moving screen? I've seen that move done a ton of times without getting called, but I have no idea why. There's no shot in the air, so it can't be considered a rebounding move. It's definitely intended to screen the defender, and he is moving, and there is definitely contact, so how is that NOT a moving screen? Is there another rule that precludes this? I've had it done on me a few times and I've never understood how/if it's legal.
