I got The Big Tilt and it was very good. Next time I will go with a a straight double cheeseburger. I know it's heresy, but some burgers are even better without bacon (and egg). Bacon is at it's best on a burger with avocado/guacamole and Swiss cheese.
The highlights:
- The bacon was excellent quality.
- The bun was soft but held together well, I really liked it.
- Tilt sauce seemed similar to a fry sauce and complimented the burger well.
- There is something divine about multiple patties (not too thick) fused together with American cheese. They use fresh, high quality beef.
- The beer battered house fries were excellent. They stayed crispy and tasted great. The regular was a very large serving.
I will definitely go back.
