Comparing utah and BYUs resumes really shows that BYU has three bad losses while utah doesn't really have any unless they lose tonight and Saturday or in the first game of the tourney.

However, utah has only two wins over tourney teams--BYU and Wichita St. That's it. BYU has one win over a likely tourney team but it is a far better win than any Utah win. The two resumes are very close. Utah has been blown out though and BYU hasn't been.

I am guessing the massive difference in perception that seems pervasise in utah comes down to the conferences the two teams reside in.
