I hate that many people get up there and blast their free kicks, sacrificing accuracy for the power of the shot, but sail 70% of their shots over the goal. His style of kick had enough power, but looks like his accuracy is the most important factor. He picks a corner, can hit any corner, and is so precise that on many, even if the keeper follows it right, it is in an unreachable place. Great accuracy. I also especially liked how he'd take some speed off and make the ball hit the low corner by hitting the ground right at the spot the keeper should reach it.
