Have an old scanner that only has 32-bit drivers. Unfortunately, both of our computers now are 64-bit (Windows 7 and Windows 8.1). Wife was hoping to take the scanner up to her folks this summer (vacation) and scan a variety of documents, family research notes, etc. Any good ideas? Was wondering if i can take an old Windows XP license, find some XP media, and build a virtualized instance using VirtualBox. Wondering how the 32-bit drivers would work under virtualization...
