No offense to real estate agents, who are a close second.
So all these recipes calling for adding a bay leaf or two to the recipe are full of utter crap. Never has anyone said "Wow, you can really taste the bay leaf!" To add insult to injury, it is an herb (used loosely of course, I could substitute a bay leaf with any leaf and you wouldn't know the difference) that when you are done cooking you then have to fetch out of the dish to serve it. What?!?!?! How is this perpetuated in recipes?
Rant over...for now. But I'm on to you Bay Leaf people. You know who you are.
