Well, P-5 do receive higher seeds in NCAAs, so they must be stronger than WCC
Pomeroy ranks the WCC 7th among the 33 conferences. Seems as fair as any ranking. But my point is the gap is not as great as consensus.
Rose is saying there may not be a gap at all.
