When we went to sell the same house 6 years later, the agent that we were using had us list the house about 10% above where it needed to be, and had all kinds of excuses when the house didn't sell. She got angry when we fired her after her 6 month contract was up and we listed with a rival agent who promptly sold the house for us (at the price we should have been listed at all along.)
