Hmmm, why all the love for Laettner? Duke has had two players that were

National Player of the Year award winners twice. Jay Williams and JJ Redick (Neither Unanimous the first year). Redick is Duke's all-time leading scorer.

In terms of NBA careers Laettner isn't in the top 10.

Laettner did win two titles, but those teams were stacked! Bobby Hurley, Grant Hill, Thomas Hill, Lang, Parks etc.

I can see some votes for Laettner, but as a unanimous choice? No, I don't think so.
