With an autoimmune disease there can be many reasons for the enzymes
to be elevated. Obviously never good, but not necessarily a disaster. The liver can regenerate, and enzymes can come down. Further evaluation will be an MRI probably biopsy. But from experience enzymes can greatly fluctuate with an underlying autoimmune condition.
