I use to be indifferent towards Alford. Sure he was successful in MWC and gave BYU plenty of trouble, but I didn't think too much of it. Can't fault a coach for winning. Then I grew some disdain for him after his encounter with JT. Guess it's totally acceptable to call another player a donkeybum (edited for virgin CB eyes). JT even went over and apologized afterwards. I still remember the day after on sportscenter when they asked Coach Alford if he was sorry for calling JT "certain names" as captured on camera. Alford just ignores the question completely, "Yeah, JT apologized. It's all over." Real mature coach. Thanks for taking some accountability and apologizing...
