I know it varies by who is buying and who's inspecting, but what are the big things that should be addressed?

Also, we have a sliding glass door that leads to an enclosed patio. The door sticks some while opening, wd40 helped some but it still sticks. Is that going to cause a problem with the inspector? Estimated at $150 to repair it. We are on the fence due to a lot of repairs already. Thanks!
